Real sushi chef, not crazy expensive. Easy to find and you can usually park right in front.
Hotel Silverhorn

They change their menu depending on the day. Sundays are sushi workshop with a sushi master + sake tasting. Bit on the pricey side but fantastic. Booking is necessary 3 days prior. You can park a car at Akakura Kanko Resort for free. Check their Insta for more details.
